Manages resident accounts.

Reviews resident conduct cases (lease violations).

Processes all payments made to the Triangle Apartments.

Leasing Coordinator:

Provide information and applications to prospective residents.

Assist with daily office operations

Answer questions regarding leases and lease terms.

Office Coordinator:

Processes account payables

Coordinates resident events

Assists with daily office operations

Maintenance Staff

Responsible for repairing items within/around the property. 

They complete regular preventative maintenance and seasonal maintenance. 

The maintenance Supervisor coordinates maintenance efforts and prioritizes work requests submitted.

 
Custodial Staff: 

Responsible for the daily cleaning of the common areas.

They maintenance community rooms, breezeways and the exterior grounds. 

Custodial staff do not dispose of personal trash.
