The apartments are unfurnished and include electricity, water, heat, and air conditioning.  Cable, phone, and Internet are individual services established by indivudal residents.

Triangle Apartments does not accept dogs, however cats and other animals are acceptable with permission from the management team.  Additional fees apply.

There is reserved garage parking for residents who live at Triangle Apartments and wish to have a car on-site.  Residents pay an annual $25.00 parking permit fee; there is no monthly parking fee.

Depending on which part of campus you are traveling to, we are approximately a 5-10 minute walk. We are located one block from the dental school and 2 blocks from the law school.

The Triangle only offers 10-month and 12-month lease options.  For a 10-month lease option residents pay a Short Term Lease Fee of $70.00 per month or can pay $600.00 at the commencement of their lease. ($100.00 savings).

We no longer offer furnished apartments or corporate suites.
