The apartments are unfurnished and include electricity, water, heat, and air conditioning.  Cable, phone, and Internet are individual services established by indivudal residents.

Triangle Apartments does not accept dogs, however cats and other animals are acceptable with permission from the management team.  Additional fees apply.

There is reserved garage parking for residents who live at Triangle Apartments and wish to have a car on-site.  Residents pay $77.50 per month. Spaces are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

Depending on which part of campus you are traveling to, we are approximately a 5-10 minute walk. We are located one block from the dental school and 2 blocks from the law school.

The Triangle only offers 10-month and 12-month lease options.  For a 10-month lease option residents pay a Short Term Lease Fee of $600.00 at the commencement of their lease. 

We no longer offer furnished apartments or corporate suites.

Parking at the Triangle is $77.50 per month.  The fee is not pro-rated if a resident moves in or out mid month. 

If 2 individuals reside in an apartment the 2nd parking space is located at the North Residential Village Parking Lot and costs may vary.
